Who's behind this

Kriti writes every review on this site. The aim is to dig past the brochure - looking at what owners actually report, how products hold up over time, and the service-network realities that decide whether something is worth buying.

What this site is - and isn't

These are research-based roundups, not bench-test reports. We don't run a test lab and we don't claim measurements we haven't taken. The approach is to pull together every credible signal - verified buyer reviews (weighted toward 3- and 4-star feedback, which tends to describe what actually breaks), BEE star ratings, warranty fine print, and dealer feedback on how a brand's service network actually behaves. Where we have direct experience with a product, we say so plainly.

What we won't do

• No sponsored placements. Brands cannot pay to appear on this site.
• No "guest posts" or link-insertion deals. Every word here is written by Kriti.
